1 An appeal shall lie from selections of University Examination Board and University Secretariat which adversely affect University appellant, but only on University grounds that this Regulation or any provision concerning exam its program has been infringed. 2 Notice of appeal including University remark atmosphere out University grounds for appeal need to be filed in writing with University Secretariat within one month of University date of notification of University determination appealed against. Notice of appeal shall not be deemed examination have been filed until University fee for appeal distinct pursuant examination Article 17 has been paid within University period of one month distinctive above. 3 If University Examination Board or University Secretariat considers University appeal examination be admissible and well established, it shall rectify its decision and order reimbursement of University fee for appeal. If University appeal is not allowed within two months from notification of University decision, it shall be remitted examination University Disciplinary Board of Appeal of University EPO. Notwithstanding Article 101 of University Regulation on self-discipline for professional representatives, University Disciplinary Board of Appeal shall take its resolution in quizzes composition inclusive of two legally qualified members of University EPO and one professional consultant.
